LIVE AUTO AUCTION (CAA) LTD (“LIVE AUTO AUCTION”) is a Cyprus Limited Liability Company based in Nicosia. LIVE AUTO AUCTION is organizing and holding auction events open to the public for viewing but not for bidding, as bidding is restricted only to registered users/members. LIVE AUTO AUCTION auction services focus on vehicles, motorcycles, boats, yachts, marine and agricultural motors. Please note that our policies are subject to change. Any such changes will be posted on this page. If the changes represent a material departure from our current practices with respect to the use of personal information, the changes will be posted on this page prior to taking effect, and registered users will be notified as appropriate.
1. Tracking Information
We may gather information which we will use for analysis and reporting on site activity so that we can keep statistics we may want to know how long the average user spends on our site, or which pages or features get the most attention. Our ability to understand how people use our website will help us provide better service. Tracking and collecting information will allow us to develop this understanding.

2. Personally Information supplied by registered users or subscribers
To use certain features on our website, we ask you to register and subscribe. When you register, we collect personal information about you such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, user name, password, and other information about your interest in our site and services. Registered Users or subscribers may be required to provide us with their credit card details necessary for the collection of a membership fee.

3. Communication with the Auction House
Our website offers registered users or subscribers the ability to communicate directly with the Auction House concerning an object offered in a live or an upcoming auction. In order to facilitate this communication, a registered user's or subscriber’s email of record must be accessed. LIVE AUTO AUCTION always keep track of any communication between registered users or subscribers and the Auction House. The Auction House may request more information about a registered user or subscriber before replying to a request. The Auction House may revoke your communication privileges at any time without notifying you if the Auction House is of the view that it is in its interest to do so.

4. Subscription Billing
LIVE AUTO AUCTION charges a fee for using its subscription level services, either as a buyer or a seller. To enable the purchase or sale of any object, LIVE AUTO AUCTION will collect and store billing and credit card information. This information will be shared only with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction. Examples of such tasks include processing credit card payments for new subscriptions, subscription renewals and subscription upgrades. 5. Access Control
In order to access the subscription services, you will be required to enter a unique user name and password through our secure sign-in on each visit. The current status of your subscription will be checked automatically and appropriate access given according to the information on file. You should keep your user name and password safe at all times and never share it with a third person. LIVE AUTO AUCTION will not accept any responsibility if a third person uses our services with your user name.

From time to time, it may be necessary to notify registered users or subscribers of subscription expirations, account or credit card issues, transactions completed, and for any terms agreement or policy changes. Such communication will typically be conducted through email, as appropriate, but registered mail or phone may also be used. LIVE AUTO AUCTION may use the information you provide to send you e-mail and mail for services offered by LIVE AUTO AUCTION or its affiliates, or to determine your interest in programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you. Where a registered user or subscriber is a legal entity, we may, in our sole discretion list the registered user or subscriber in our directory, or other areas of our website, and we may use the name of the firm and the relationship with LIVE AUTO AUCTION for marketing or advertising on our website or our promotional material in order to promote our services. However we will not display any personal information or the content of any correspondence exchanged with the Auction House concerning our services as testimonials for promotional purposes without the registered users’ or subscribers’ express permission.

10. Email Services
LIVE AUTO AUCTION will send you email relating to your account. Email may include confirmation or cancellation of a purchase or a sale, renewal/expiration notices, and problem notifications. If you send us an email with an enquiry or requesting more information about an object, we may respond by email at your registered email address. LIVE AUTO AUCTION may send you e-mail newsletters. If you do not wish to receive newsletters, you can follow the 'unsubscribe' instructions located near the bottom of each newsletter.
